The following activities are being implemented in all Four Star Pizza Stores in light of the current COVID-19 situation, to protect customer and staff health.
Contact Free Delivery
Four Star Pizza has implemented Contact Free Delivery for all prepaid orders to ensure the safety of both our staff and our customers.
- Order and pay online, in-app or on the phone
- We bring your food to your door and place it on your doorstep in a sealed bag to ensure that it is safe and dry
- We ring your bell, step 2 metres back from the order and wait for you to collect it
- Simples. Safe.
Upgraded Hygiene Measures
We have upgrading our cleaning procedures to include even more regular rigorous cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces and equipment in the premises. Our staff and delivery personnel are adding to the normal stringent hand washing and sanitising practices by wearing disposable gloves and changing them between activities such as:
- Handling cash
- Portioning foods
- Folding boxes
- Cleaning Activities
- Deliveries to Customer
We are accepting cash in some of our stores, however, we kindly request where possible, that payments are made by contactless debit cards or credit cards.
